How I work

I work psychodynamically, which means looking at a person’s whole life experience with them and allowing all thoughts and feelings to be heard and respected to gain insight. I focus on the relationship that is created between the therapist and client and I will work with you to help you find the resources within yourself to move forwards. It is a collaborative experience based on the relationship between an individual and their therapist.

I believe the therapeutic space to be one of self-discovery, and I supports clients in understanding their inner psychological map, guiding them safely along their journey, enabling clients to make their own choices and thus empowering them to face future experiences and find the answers that are right for them.

I am experienced working with clients who have a wide range of issues including anxiety, low self-esteem, trauma, depression, loss, and health concerns.
