What to expect at therapy

Each session lasts for 50 minutes and will be in the same place and at the same time each week. If you are unable to attend the practise in person, I also offer Skype sessions if you would find this more comfortable.

I have experience with clients with a range of different concerns, and as part of our first meeting we will discuss your needs and the approach that will best suit you. It is useful for me to know what brings you to therapy, any medications you are on, any previous experience of therapy and family background.

I offer a confidential and non-judgemental space, and I view the therapeutic space to be one of self-discovery, and therefore I will support you in understanding your inner psychological map, guiding you safely along your journey, enabling you to make your own choices and thus empowering you to face future experiences and find the answers that are right for you.
